Veterinary Hospital Pet Pickup
Compassionate Aftercare, No Matter Where Your Pet’s Journey Ends
We work with a number of veterinary clinics across South Florida to provide trusted, compassionate pet aftercare. If your pet has passed at a veterinary hospital that partners with us, your clinic will coordinate the process directly.
However, if your pet’s hospital does not use our services, you can still choose Monarch for cremation and memorial options.

Why Choose Monarch for Veterinary Hospital Pickup?
FAQ
- My vet doesn’t use Monarch—can I still choose you?
Yes. You always have the right to choose who provides your pet’s aftercare. Just call us, and we’ll make arrangements.
- What should I tell my veterinary clinic?
Simply let them know that Monarch Pet Memorial Services will be picking up your pet so they can release them into our care.
- Do I need to be present for the pickup?
No. Once arrangements are made, we will coordinate directly with your vet’s office.
- How can I pick up the ashes for a private cremation?
If your clinic uses Monarch, then we will return the urn to your hospital within 2 weeks. If they do not use monarch, then we will contact you when the ashes are ready to be picked up from our facility in West Palm Beach or you can have them mailed to you.
- What about using a pet cemetery?
Some families prefer pet cemeteries as a burial option. Pet cemeteries provide dedicated resting places where families can visit and honor their pet.
- Some cemeteries offer individual burial plots, headstones, and maintenance services.
- Others provide group burials or memorial gardens.
If you are considering this option, we recommend researching local pet cemeteries to find one that fits your needs.
