A Space Designed for Compassion, Care, and Growth

Monarch Pet Memorial Services has always been about honoring the love between pets and their families. From our humble beginnings in Boynton Beach, we quickly grew—both in the number of families we served and the services we provided. We are the first Aquamation facility in south Florida and the largest in North America!

In 2020, we took a big step forward by purchasing our current facility, but like so many, our plans were delayed by COVID-19. The renovation process took longer than expected, but in May 2024, we proudly moved into our new home—a space designed to better support pet families and veterinary clinics across South Florida.

We invite you to come visit and see how we’re providing compassionate pet aftercare in a place as special as the pets we honor.

A Space Built for Comfort & Care – Our facility is thoughtfully designed to ensure that every pet is treated with dignity and every family is given the support they need.
A Tribute Through Art – Our exterior is adorned with a beautiful mural of Monarch butterflies. But these butterflies are more than just art—each one carries the name of one of Mary or Allan’s angels in heaven, always watching over them and guiding their journey.
A Place for Families – Whether you’re coming for a private viewing, a final farewell, or simply to see where your beloved pet will be cared for, we have created a warm and welcoming space to offer comfort during this difficult time.

A Beautiful Lobby for Viewings – Families who wish to spend time with their pet before cremation can do so in our quiet, private, and comfortable front lobby.
Large Walk-In Coolers for Dignity & Care – Before cremation, pets rest gently and respectfully in our walk-in coolers, ensuring that every pet is handled with the utmost dignity.
State-of-the-Art Engraving – We have two large engraving machines dedicated to creating custom urns, clay paw prints, and memorial impressions—so every family can receive a unique and lasting tribute.
A Space for Our Team – Caring for pets and families takes heart and dedication, and we know that compassion fatigue is real. That’s why we created a break room where our incredible team can rest and recharge.
